Hello and welcome to the official home of the Five Hundred Pound Furnace.

We are a four piece rock band based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The band has officially been playing together since about winter of 2004. Our music can be described as high energy, high octane rock & roll. With influences stemming from Iron Maiden and Metallica, all the way to The Beatles, Tom Waits and The Tragically Hip.
